OTM Awards
Of-the-Month Awards (OTMs) are awarded on a monthly basis to provide recognition for students, staff members, a group, or a program. They are judged on the campus, regional and national level. OTMs may be submitted by any student or staff member. Please see our calendar for OTM deadline dates.
ROSE/ROV Awards
Recognizing Outstanding Student Employees (ROSE) and Recognizing Outstanding Volunteers (ROV) Awards are awarded on a semesterly basis to provide recognition for excellent housing student staff members at the University of Florida. Recognition is provided exclusively on at the University of Florida. ROSE/ROV award nominations may be submitted by any student or staff member. Cathie Ponikvar Memorial Scholarship
The Cathie Ponikvar Memorial Scholarship was established in memory of Cathie Ponikvar, a former Assistant Director of Housing and IRHA Adviser. The scholarship is awarded on an annual basis to provide recognition for a continuing resident that resides in a campus residence hall at the University of Florida who reflects strong leadership and maintains a high level of achievement. Recipients must be enrolled in the term follow recognition.
This scholarship will be awarded once the funding has reached the specified endowment level. Our chapter is donating a percentage of our dues each semester to help endow this scholarship.
